    I asked to reheat coffee. Blonde lady asked receipt to refill cuz they don't have mic. I had to leave with cold cup.

    I don’t understand why this place stays open. I thought it was getting better but it got worse again… is it West Tampa? What is it about this area that makes all fast food places so bad? Specifically this Dunkin Donuts is always under staffed, I’ve seen them yell at people, having terrible attitudes and have no clue how to make the simplest menu on earth. Especially the blonde 25-40 year old with face piercings, she’s the absolute worst and should not be working in a place where there’s kids. My partner and I are currently waiting on egg bites and when we asked for them this girl’s eyes looked like she’s never heard of them in her life. God forbid they work at Starbucks, I’m sure there you know what would get rocked.

    Extremely quick service. Ordered online and it was ready within two minutes! I don’t expect that but I have to comment that they did it! And the hash browns were hot!

    they weren’t out of everything bagles, got a sesame instead along with some other food, like loaded hashbrowns, avocado toast…everything tasted very old not cooked probably something of the sorts cause the food was very nasty just not a good experience all around at this location

    My children and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts at least twice a week. The manager, Kathi is amazing and always makes the process easy. The drive-through flows very fast, and my coffee is always on point when she is there. I ordered the brown sugar Shaken espresso.
