I noticed it when I got home so I had to drive all the way back to correct it and they were so rude to me. I thought I did something wrong, but I will never go there again. I used to like going But the new employees they have there are completely rude and not courteous. God forbid they get your order wrong and you have to go back there and get it corrected. I pray they don’t treat you the way they treated me. The customer service there is not what it used to be and to spend that extra money it takes a lot so you expect people to be nice not rude. You’re providing a service and if you don’t like your job, get a new one And the doughnut that they gave me were hard and stale.

Every time I come through the drive-through, the women are extremely friendly, today I went inside and everyone was just so nice and it’s a breath of fresh air compared to Other fast food Chains and even restaurants with servers. Very sweet all of them today so I just wanted to give the staff a little shout out. Alex, Iris, Jermaine, Jomil, and Ricky were are so friendly and helpful. They are working hard and not just standing around. To some of the people who left negative comments, maybe you were the problem. Thanks Dunkin Satff!!!
