    Getting my order right at this location is always a gamble. I make a point to speak clearly over the drive-thru speaker, but somehow it still gets mixed up. Today I ordered an iced coffee with blueberry and raspberry flavor, 7 Splendas, and light ice. I received it with cream. While still at the window, I let them know I didn’t order cream and handed it back. After what I thought was a correction, I drove away, only to realize it was now just a plain black iced coffee with no Splenda and no flavor at all. I had to turn around and go inside since the drive-thru line was long. I calmly explained everything, and Daniela completely turned the experience around. She was patient, professional, and genuinely apologetic about the inconvenience. Most importantly, she remade my coffee perfectly, exactly how I ordered it. Daniela, thank you for your great customer service. You made a frustrating situation much better. Dunkin, please work on order accuracy. It should not be this difficult for a regular drink order. And for other guests, check your order before you pull away. Taste it if you have to. Maybe if more of us take an extra minute to double-check, it will encourage the store to get orders right the first time.

    We ordered breakfast on 03/01/2026 the bacon egg and cheese croissant was cold and tasted funny.went to the counter and asked for a different one or something else. The first girl opened the sandwich and stuck her finger in it and said it's cold. The girl said because I took a bite they can't heat it so will I take a new one I said yes and it was thrown away 3 minutes later the heavy set girl with the headset came out and said they will not be replacing it because I took a bite. so I said that I was told to toss it she then said I could remove it from the garbage and the policy is if you took a bite you ate it DO NOT GO HERE STAY FAR AWAY YOU WILL GET SICK

    ⸻ I frequent this Dunkin regularly and, unfortunately, I have had several uncomfortable experiences with an employee in the beverage area. His attitude leaves much to be desired. She is upset, responds with anger and constantly seems to work reluctantly. On several occasions I have seen her throw utensils and manipulate the products with frustration, which creates a tense and uncomfortable environment for customers. The most worrying thing is that this situation does not seem to be something isolated, but something that happens frequently. Apparently, the management is aware and does not take any action, which gives the impression that this behavior is considered normal within the establishment. As a frequent customer, I consider that the service and treatment of the public are as important as the quality of the products. I understand that we can all have difficult days, but when working in customer service it is essential to maintain professionalism and respect. This type of attitude not only affects the customer experience, but also the image of the place.

    Went thru the drive thru super quickly and had a great experience. Shout out to Chloe in particular who was super helpful and patient! 10/10 would recommend

    Visited Monday around 6 PM with two friends. The employee on shift was rude and completely unprofessional. He continuously mentioned being on probation and refused to make most drinks on the menu, despite all ingredients being available. He said he “didn’t know how to make them so don't ask". There are manuals that explain how to make every drink, so the refusal and attitude were unacceptable. This is not how customers should ever be treated. Management needs to address this immediately.
