  Worst Dunkin ever!!! They take one customer in drive thru at a time. You just kind of wait at the box. Say hello and they tell you they will be with you shortly. Finally ordered after 5 min and pulled around, the previous car was gone. Then waited 10 min for a snackin bacon and sandwich. They didn't put my bacon in. Asked for a receipt and they told me that they didn't print one. I am guessing their management already knows all the issues and doesn't care.

  If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would! My boyfriend and I decided to go to the drive through sat there for 10 mins waiting on someone who told us “hold on”, we eventually decided to go inside, we gave our order to a lady named Paula who appeared to be high out of her mind! She gets the complete order wrong along with items added that we had never ordered! , we didn’t notice til after being checked out! When we realized that we needed to be refunded the “manager” (guy with spiky twisted messed up looking hair) who was also just as high as Paula, had to go to the back 3 times to figure out how to make simple return! How do you not know how to do a return as a manager amazed me but I proceeded to wanting our meals and coffee, so I had them reprocess my order(30 minutes later) afterwards we get our order my boyfriend sandwich was completely cold and hard! Finally they made my large iced coffee, I hadn’t even taken a sip and it was about half way filled when bringing it back to them they laughed at me and had told me I got a half filled drink because I ordered “light ice” I’ve ordered light ice a million times from Dunkin never had something filled up half way! I then asked for both of their names to call corporate and they refused to give them to me! So Anyways after going to this terrible dunkin feel free to drive about 30 mins further to my regular dunkin, where I requested the same exact drink and it was completely filled! 10/10 recommended the Dunkin on Thonotosassa in plant city they never miss!!

  Girl at the window gave me cold coffee, when I asked for hot one, she just took it to the back and came back minutes later with the same cold coffee. When I asked for a refund she grabbed the coffee and left me waiting now for about 15 minutes still waiting to get my refund

  Absolutely the worse they do not answer you as soon as you drive up to the drive through.They make you wait, they're so rude.No other establishment.Does this soon as you drive up?They should respond, and they do not.And then gets an attitude

  We walked into this restaurant one of the barista’s had green hair. The other guy had spikes in his hair. We walked in a couple before us turned around and walked out because they’ve never been helped. We stood there for five minutes. The girl with the green hair looked at me, rolled her eyes and then turned around and walked away horrible place. Don’t even waste your time going in here the owner. If this is the kind of people they wanna hire. I guess they’ll find out they’ll go out of business.
