- MBMs. BriFeb 11, 20261.0This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. After giving them numerous chances to make things right as far as the food, the coffee, etc. I will never come back. The customer service there is the worst that I have ever experienced in my life. Please beware because they don’t care. I have called the corporate office, made numerous of complaints and as of two weeks ago, nothing has changed outside of the fact that I no longer visit Dunkin’ Donuts. This Dunkin’ Donuts in particular always has old food, old coffee And is never worth the money! Do yourself a favor and visit another location or go to Starbucks Or another place of your choice!!!!

He remembered an allergy I had from my last visit and made sure I was aware what I ordered had dairy. There was an ingredient missing from my drink, he offered suggestions similar to what I ordered. He is very patient, polite, respectful. I appreciate the extra effort and hope it is recognized.
