Another customer complained to the male manager about it, who said something to the female employee and they both laughed about it. She changed her gloves but then proceeded to take her cell phone out of her back pocket, look at it then place it on the food prep area. I’m am appalled the manager’s initial handling of this situation (how they both laughed when the customer before spoke to the manager about the unsanitary handling of food), and allowing personal items (cell phone) on a clean food prep work surface. In the picture, her cell phone is sitting on the stainless work area.
