Just incase management wants to check, it’s 2/18/26 at 1:43 and I’ve been sitting at the drive through for 11 minutes and every few minutes I say hello and the girl rudely answers “I need a minute” so after 2 times asking and 2 times telling me “give a minute”….10minutes later I ask “can you tell me how much longer… she answers “I don’t know”. I was fed up and Ieft. Everyone I work with refuses to go to this Dunkin…. That’s why.

The whole trip was longer than 10 min and all I ordered was a bagel double toasted with cream cheese. The saddest part was that I waited so long and my bagel was not even toasted ONCE!!! No wonder why everyday I drive by this location it’s empty.
