    I don’t know what’s going lately, or if it’s a problem with the app, but deliveries are marked as “completed” when the driver leaves the store not when the food is actually delivered. Then you keep wondering how far or where the driver is. This didn’t happened before, so I want to think it’s a bug and not an intentional setup to lower delivery times.

    I’m from Miami and can’t believe how I never got my order. Sending messages to corporate about how this location is stealing people’s money. The location hangs up on you or refuses to pick up. Then the driver sat in two location over a period of 45 minutes total and claimed the to deliver my food. Never received anything. Took snapshots of the driver’s location and the time he was supposedly delivering. Then a snapshot of when the driver returned to Dominos location with the tracker saying he delivered the food. Will be sending all this to get my money back and more.
