Entire order was 30 minutes late. Pizza was wrong, brownie was undercooked, and chicken was cold and half the amount I should've got. When I try to call for a refund, I get sent from an AI to being put on hold, where the store just hangs up while I'm on hold. And of course there's conveniently no other way to get a refund. EDIT to add that I order from here often and this is the first time I've had an issue, but the fact it was so bad and I can't even get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue is frustrating.
