Dave & Buster’s Tampa has been newly renovated and there’s many new updates. There’s a human claw machine and the Arena offers many immersive experiences for groups. There are many arcade games available. The dining area is more spread out and they have happy hour specials. It was hard to find someone when I had an issue with a game. They seemed short staffed.

Had an excellent time even during a futball Sunday, prompt service at the bar and when we had an issue with our fun card the entire staff at the prize counter got it fixed within minutes. I would say hands down one of the best Dave and Buster's I've ever been to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 I went to Dave & Buster’s recently, and overall, it was a great time! The arcade was super fun — tons of games to choose from, and everything was clean and well kept. It’s definitely a great spot to hang out with friends or family and just have some fun. The food was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. It wasn’t bad by any means — just kind of average compared to how awesome the arcade was. The service was friendly, and everything came out on time, which was nice. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. The arcade is the main reason to go, and it definitely delivers!

Took my three-year-old son to Dave & Buster’s and spent $100 on arcade games. He was thrilled collecting tickets, but at the prize counter he was 5 tickets short of a single piece of candy. The employee apologized but said she couldn’t give it to him—she’d get in trouble and her boss would yell at her. Seriously? A toddler, a piece of candy, five tickets—and the staff is terrified of management? If that’s the culture here, it’s shameful. We won’t be back.

I have been a few times as a group date, but recently I went with my 5 month old, my twin 2.5 year olds, 4 year old niece and 16 year old brother in law, as well as 5 adults ages 21 through 35. We all had an amazing time besides a few mishaps. I got a drink during their 2nd happy hour later in the evening, however I got one drink and was charged $18. Asked the bartender about this and she said "sorry, prices just went up." To what? If $18 for one drink is a happy hour deal then what the heck is the "normal" Price? Then the giant pad to get your play cards at after 5 seconds kept asking if we were still there not giving us time to read the different ppricing, just the "most chose" option. Which was frustrating. Some games had long lines with no regulation of asking customers to play a few turns and then allow others to play while they get back in line again. Other than that I woul definitely recommend, especially for group outings, orfirst dates, even small birthday parties.
