  Came to eat and play some games. Ordered a Philly sandwich and it same with only onions after okaying the onion, gr peppers and mushrooms. Asked the server for what I ordered who then got the manager who then offered me a side of mushrooms as they were out of green pepper. You couldn’t tell your servers that? My sandwich already cold and you want me to wait longer to still have the wrong food? He asked if I wanted a menu to order something else, which I did, and the food came a good 15 mins after that - and we weren’t offered anything else. Customer service was terrible and so was the food. Won’t eat here again.

  The entire time you are at your table eating your meal the bus person repeatedly stares at you when he is not watching the t.v.'s. This makes you very uncomfortable wondering if there are so many tables why is he just sitting there and not cleaning tables? So extremely loud you need to yell across the table to try and talk to your family while eating all the while loosing your hearing every uncomfortable minute. You order a burger and it falls apart part way through due to a very cheap bun. You have to finish eating it with utensils. You do not get to choose your side. It just comes with fries and so many of them over half get cold sitting on the plate in the extremely cold environment. No bathroom near where you eat. You are forced to endure walking through the extremely loud game area and employees blocking your waybill also trying to avoid rude people running into you. Not at all a good environment! Very cold and unwelcoming!

  Absolutely terrible service in the dining area. Ordered 2 apps and a chicken sandwich, which took over an hour to arrive. The manager even approached to table to apologize for the delay, however, argued on the elapsed time. Mind you this is after multiple tables arriving after us had already received their food. I would not recommend eating at this location. Extremely rude, inexperienced, and unprofessional staff.

  We visited this location recently and our usual experience has gone downhill. We ordered nachos which is always a favorite. They changed them into some cheap poorly put together pile of disappointment. The other food had problems as well - dry fish, sad salad, and boring chicken. The service was slow. I think our food was done but someone forgot to bring it to us since most of it was cold. The atmosphere was not the lively place we expected. This was a good place for late night eats, but that is not the case anymore.

  My boyfriend, who is an over the road truck driver, and I decided to meet up here today and have lunch. He had never been & always wanted to go. While most of the food was AMAZING, his fish & shrimp dinner was not. The fish was meh and the shrimp were breaded & fried past the point of even recognizing the taste. When our server asked us about the food, he was honest. Our server didn’t say a thing. Yes, he did eat it because he was hungry & didn’t eat all day. No, we weren’t looking for it to be taken off the bill ~ the bill was $80, we tipped $30 so again… we weren’t looking for a free meal but it would have been nice if our server said something. I do want to add that our server was GREAT but again, he should have acknowledged what my boyfriend said.
