  NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. Was served by a guy with a ponytail (bartender). Ordered a burger while waiting to board my flight and when I finally got it after a few bites realized it was almost rare when it was ordered well done. I let him know and he asked what I wanted him to do about it and handed me a full priced check. I said if I’m going to pay for food it should be cooked correctly and he looked back at me like a deer in the headlights. I finally asked him to send out a manager and Liam came out to speak with me. Had to ask his name 3 times because you couldn’t hear him speak through the mask. After explaining to him the situation he asked if I’d like a new burger. I let him know it took forever to get the first one and that my plane would be boarding soon. He insisted on remaking the food that there wasn’t enough time to make. By the time I got it I had to run to the gate to be the last one to board my flight (I always pay extra for early boarding but there goes that money as well) so now I’m sitting on a plane with a $20 hockey puck that will be cold as ice and soggy as hell by the time my flight lands. It’s not about the money I couldn’t care less, but it’s the principle. He could’ve taken off even 10% discount and apologized acknowledging the mistakes and I would’ve been fine but these people obviously don’t know how to run a business or customer service. Avoid at all cost!!!

  Travis is always working when I'm there and I get good service and it's at my gate with Breeze !! The food and drinks that i've had.I've been great!

  The cuban sandwich was surprisingly delicious! You never know what you are going to get quality wise at an airport, but this was fantastic. AND... The guys working were incredibly friendly!! Shawn and Robert... Highly recommend!!
