  THE CUSTOMER ATTENTION IS HORRIBLE, I REALIZED MY ONLINE ORDER AND I COMED AT THE INDICATED TIME FOR RECOLLECTION AND RESULTS THAT MY ORDER NIVERY HAVE BEEN THEM BEEN FOR THEM HAVE BEEN BEEN FOR COVERING THEM, OSEA THAT AS I PAY AND THEM HAVE MY MONEY AND IT WAS NOT PRIORITY, ADEMAS TUBE TO INDICATE WHAT THE ORDER TO DRINK BECAUSE DO NOT LOOK, THINK IT BEFORE ORDERING SOMETHING HERE, AND AS IMPORTANT DATA THE WATER OF FRESAS HAVES TAVE TO VINAGRE

  I believe her name is ALLY she threw food at my mom in the drive through. The food was accidentally ordered at the wrong location. We called for a refund , they said we can’t get a refund and it has to be ordered at the intended location which we did. We have the confirmation. She got upset, waving her fingers in my mom’s face saying the order is not there which it was. When she got the order it was thrown at my mom. I need to be contacted about this immediately as your customer service line is not helpful. This happened at 1:12pm.

  I want to report an unsanitary incident I witnessed. The employee picked up vegetables that had fallen onto the counter and, along with the dirt and debris on the surface, placed them back into the food. This is unacceptable food‑handling practice and raises serious health concerns.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. We had a horrible experience at this location. They had a promotion going on Dec 13th and it doesn’t state you have to separate the orders to get the free entree when you a buy burrito. My daughter was so upset and furious because the employees were very rude and unpleasant. They didn’t want to serve anyone there. My daughter was on the side of the counter trying to show the cashier the website and what it say she acted like she didn’t understand. She also told my daughter she could be on the side of the counter and she got into my daughter personal space almost putting her hands on my daughter trying to push her out of the way because my daughter didn’t know she couldn’t be on the side. You can not come into a customer personal space. We will not be back.
