The employee picked up vegetables that had fallen onto the counter and, along with the dirt and debris on the surface, placed them back into the food. This is unacceptable food‑handling practice and raises serious health concerns.

They had a promotion going on Dec 13th and it doesn’t state you have to separate the orders to get the free entree when you a buy burrito. My daughter was so upset and furious because the employees were very rude and unpleasant. They didn’t want to serve anyone there. My daughter was on the side of the counter trying to show the cashier the website and what it say she acted like she didn’t understand. She also told my daughter she could be on the side of the counter and she got into my daughter personal space almost putting her hands on my daughter trying to push her out of the way because my daughter didn’t know she couldn’t be on the side. You can not come into a customer personal space. We will not be back.

Their disregard for customer service will force me to make a trip to this location for an issue that can be settled over the phone in 30 seconds. It will be the last trip I take to this store. Management reflects service. Won't be visiting again.

The portion sizes get noticeably smaller every time I go there, I barely get any protein, even though I ordered the same thing I always do. When I politely asked about it, the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive instead of trying to help. For the price, I expect a fair portion and at least decent customer service, but unfortunately, this location keeps falling short on both. I am not impressed with the rating and reviews this location already has. I won’t be returning to this branch anytime soon.
