The staff always seem unhappy and unapproachable, and it feels like a smile is too much to ask for. The chips have been stale on all three visits. I ordered the large queso and was given a cup of sour cream instead. The kids’ quesadilla was pressed with the foil still on it, which caused it to stick together. I even left a tip hoping for a simple “thank you” or a smile, but received neither. Sadly, this will be our last visit to this location. I’d rather drive to the West Shore Chipotle, where the service is consistently better. The only positive I can mention is the one young man who’s always there—he’s the only pleasant and professional employee I’ve encountered.
