Avoid this place at all costs unless you speak their language, then you seem to be okay

The staff always seem unhappy and unapproachable, and it feels like a smile is too much to ask for. The chips have been stale on all three visits. I ordered the large queso and was given a cup of sour cream instead. The kids’ quesadilla was pressed with the foil still on it, which caused it to stick together. I even left a tip hoping for a simple “thank you” or a smile, but received neither. Sadly, this will be our last visit to this location. I’d rather drive to the West Shore Chipotle, where the service is consistently better. The only positive I can mention is the one young man who’s always there—he’s the only pleasant and professional employee I’ve encountered.

When I said I was picking up an order the girl said "no" and walked away getting someone else that does speak English. Idc if people work there and English is not the first language. But if in a position where you have to interact with customers it should be a given that they speak English.
