Parking can also be difficult as this location is in an area with many other eateries. I tried the new carne asada tacos which were yummy and flavorful. There were plenty of places to eat inside and outside. Many inside tables were dirty on the table and under. Honestly, they seemed short staffed. I have to say this Chipotle was the dirtiest one I’ve ever been to.

No chicken. No pico. No lettuce. The food area is dirty as hell. Food everywhere. For lunch they had no ice and no steak. Really disappointing to come to a chipotle that is so bad. Oh and to top it off, just went to the bathroom, no soap and no paper towels… 🤦🏻♂️

After waiting a few mins I was told they only made white rice, which I cant eat due to an allergy and that brown rice would be 20-30 mins. They had no answer and just stared at me blankly. I asked to speak to the manager and he also didnt say anything about the situation and said they didnt have any made and I could wait 20 mins if I wanted rice. Very poor customer service. They didn't even attempt to help me or offer any substitutions or anything. I left unfulfilled, hungry, and unhappy without even an apology or anything. If I could I'd give 0/5. Ill never be back to this store again.
