We arrived around 7:00 p.m. on a Monday and were told several key ingredients were unavailable, including chicken, steak, corn, and vegetables. Our bowls were made with whatever was left. Fresh chicken was then prepared, but after getting home we discovered the chicken in our bowls was raw. This wasn’t just a bad experience, it was a serious safety issue, especially since this chicken was being served to other customers as well. Due to the health risk, we won’t be returning for the foreseeable future. Extremely disappointed.

The portion sizes are wildly inconsistent and frequently about half of what they’re supposed to be especially considering the price. One visit it’s decent, the next it’s mostly rice with very little protein. On top of that, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Simple questions or requests are met with attitude, eye rolls, or dismissive behavior, which makes the experience uncomfortable every time. Chipotle used to be known for quality and consistency, but this location seriously misses the mark on cleanliness, portion control, and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.
