Story time. Today, Sunday, September 28 I asked for white rice only in a kids meal because most kids won’t want greens in their rice (shocker!). The Linebaugh location has 0 problems meeting this simple request- never flinched in accomodating which is why our preschool holds our annual spirit night there. Your manager not only refused but also wouldn’t explain why nor would share her name when asked (just shook her head) and the guy working the register said he “wasn’t allowed” to give names out. I was very calm and pleasant btw- just asked for an explanation. Is this a joke!? This has happened before at this establishment (see the review)… in all of my years in hospitality I have NEVER heard of such nonsense. What are you hiding Chipotle? Why are your employees not able or willing to share their names?? Particularly your onsite manager! Something is very off about this location and the consistent bad reviews prove it. Corporate needs to shine a light on this franchisee.
