    Jake was extremely nice and polite. He was the only person serving the food in the front and he did everyone orders so quickly without missing any items with a smile on his face !

    I ordered delivery from Uber eats and tracked the driver the whole way. He was very punctual but I still has cold tacos. Meanwhile, I've done many Doordash order for Chipotle and the shit I picked up off the shelves was cold...this is a McDonald's franchise that doesnt use the same proximity time as a McDonald's...Im not a Karen but Im disappointed.

    Disappointing Experience at This Location I recently visited this Chipotle and was very disappointed with the service and portions. The server gave me barely half a spoonful of rice — the bottom of the bowl was still visible. When I politely asked for a bit more, I was given the same small amount again. The same issue happened with the corn and sour cream, which were served in minimal portions. As someone who previously worked for Chipotle, I’m familiar with the company’s portioning guidelines and customer service standards, and this experience did not reflect them. The employee also responded with noticeable attitude, which made the situation even more unpleasant. After working an eight-hour shift, I simply wanted a meal served with care and respect. Unfortunately, this visit left a poor impression. I hope management addresses the staff’s attitude and ensures proper training on portion sizes and customer service expectations.
