    I purchased 2 bowls on 3/4/26 The total was 30.26 There portion was extremely small like kids portions. Hardly any rice or toppings , I asked the server! Did u guys reduce the portion size ? She replied no but some servers put more than they supposed to. I know she was lying because I worked 3 years at the mall , me and my colleagues get the bowl all the time never this small. Management need to make sure we get what we pay for and train the employees to be fair with everyone.

    While waiting in line for about 15 minutes to place my order, I had enough time to notice some concerning hygiene practices. The front staff were wiping the counter with their gloves and then continuing to serve food with the same gloves. Later, a staff member from the back came out and wiped the counter using a dry, visibly dirty rag. This made me uncomfortable and ultimately changed my mind about ordering.

    They are always out of ingredients and never have sour cream. This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I have gone 3 times and they never had sour cream.
