As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It's now been 10 minutes since we talked to the woman. Then after placing the order she proceeds to tell us that they need 15 minutes still. It's already been 10 minutes what do you mean?? Then a man apologized and tells us to pull around to the other side. And he will get us our order. The same woman that told us we had to wait came out to move her car out of the drive thru. I don't understand why we can't order if you are open, then proceed to get your personal belongings out thru the drive thru. Then park your car somewhere else. Appreciate the dude, but that woman, you don't wanna work, do something else. Ms, T.... Now just received the food 10:27. Crazy...
