As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They didn't even know who I was, never asked for my name or phone number. What if I went to the pickup window by accident? They would've assumed I was the wrong person and gave my food away. Why did I get a notification that my pickup order was ready and when I get there, they haven't even started it yet. They saved the best for last but why was my pickup order that I had placed 35 minutes prior last? I appreciate that they made the food "fresh" but I would've also appreciated someone just telling me they're working on my order when I got there instead of just ignoring me the entire time. Oh and the XL fry lovers XL cup was about 25% empty, not even filled entirely.
