As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
There are frequent reports of rude staff and poor customer service, particularly at the drive-thru.

The food is good and a reasonable price however every time I come to this location my food is always cold and my order is always made wrong. The inside kitchen area looks disgusting and I never see anyone wearing gloves.

The gentleman working the window was very rude we direct 15 mins doing back and forth with the AI just to get to the window and ignored he was to busy taking with his CO worker i was really looking forward to to my Fry's we love checkers he gave our mealsi noticed one was a medium he said that yes we asked for two large but it's automated i asked if it could be fixed he says we would have to navigate to the end of the line and order again we were the only ones there so that was confusing and 2 big trucks were blocking the in l entrance we couldn't get back in line if we wanted to... You can tell her just didn't want to work...

Wow is all I can say the absolute worst food I've ever had ..
We spent almost 25$ on 2 combos if I wasn't in a hurry to go to work I would have taken it back..
I will starve before I ever eat the again..

They can't get mobile orders right. They forget to make items in your order and if you add extras they'll forget them. You can't tell me the generation that was raised by smartphones can't read a computer screen. Don't leave the parking lot till you verify your order is made correctly so you can MAKE them do their jobs and get what you paid for.
