As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food is decent and they are open late. Unfortunately, they can't seem to get my order right. The AI assistant they have in the drive thru is absolutely terrible. I ordered a combo chicken tender meal and then went up to the window and they gave me a coke and fries and no tenders. They made the tenders later and they charged me individually for each item rather than that combo so it was about $4 more than it should have been. I then went back a day later and ordered at the window and they gave me chicken tenders, soda but no fries. Unfortunately, I didn't notice there were no fries in the bag until I got home so I paid for fries I didn't get. If they could just get my simple usual order of a chicken tender combo right, I think this place would be good.

The grill was closed 30 minutes early and I was turned away when I arrived to pickup my order.

I've been here a few times as I live in the neighborhood and every single time I go here or I order from here, they're constantly not paying attention to people out the window, we have to stand out the window for at least 15 minutes, which is ridiculous and then when I do get my food. It's never hot. It's never correct. Something is always wrong or something is always missing the attitude from the employees is terrible. They don't even engage with you, they don't say hi, they don't say anything they see you standing there. Look at you and just turn around and walk away.Whoever is running the store is doing a terrible job. 4 people in there and not one person could walk to the window and take orders. They're all just walking around inside.
