  Thought I'd try this brand place. I love Charleys and know the standards are high. Never been to the cheesesteak place. Let's start...Counter person .no greeting.I could not understand anything she said. And I have a good ear with accents. Did I want mayo lettuce and tomatoes what I got after I said no green peppers. She kept sighing because I was trying to read the menu. No one behind me...it was 3pm...I ordered the cheesesteak...didn't know they had 3 sizes.. and fries...didn't know options.. and then wings. I ordered 3 sauces. Said I would have the sandwich and fries..with my water in my truck..so pack the wings to go separately from them. Out comes the sandwich on a tray for eating in...so then I said I will have a shake...sigh...she can't get the machine to work ..gets the other person. It works...the counter person didn't want to do it. I sit down... go to wash my hands..bathroom locked. Used my sanitizer from my purse. Here comes the fries with the wings...sauces on side ....and I was charged for them.. so beware. Bag was tied up so I left the fries in there.. Nice looking thin sliced tomato on the roll but hardly any steak to cover the bottom of the roll. I asked for pepper..there was none. They said ..they don't have any. The front counter person came out of the bathroom...They both watched me take my tray to the trash area. I left my bag on the table and went to the bathroom. They were putting makeup on each other in the food area. In the loo...TP on top of holder. Paper towel on top of holder. Dirty. Enough.. As I left..Just like when I came.... no greeting...no one there got one as they left either. Floors dirty. Tables dirty. The wings..once home I opened the bags..fries were good ...the 10 wings were dry...lots of feathers on them...really horrible product, cooked horribly. Oh..and this was almost $40! If I could give a zero I would. Never again. I will try the one at I Plaza to see if it is the franchise or the location. Very disappointed.

  Night Shift for 2/22/2026 is bad. The order was 15 minutes late and they didn’t have everything that I ordered. It will be awhile before I come back to the place again.

  I brought my family of five and was told no chicken was able to be made. No boneless wings no tenders. For no reason just “we don’t have it right now.” Employees unprofessional.

  Ordered on their app and they delivered the wrong order with only two boxes first, clearly the wrong order. Went there and had to correct the issue with the owner over the phone and the food still is incorrect and disgusting. All one cheesesteak had was a remove onion and add jalapeño, they smothered in so much cheese sauce it is literally inedible. Do not order from here it is a giant waste of money and they don’t care to get it right. The owner and management are not in existence.
