    the staff was really nice and i really enjoyed my food and when i i entered the store i was welcomed by a really nice gentleman named tony and i really enjoyed my stayand i really recommend this location

    Ordered online. When I arrived at the store I was told they were out of bread and couldn’t make the sandwich or wings I ordered. First and last time I’ll try Charley’s. Refund was given to me in cash when I ordered by card

    My son and I have been loyal customers of Charlie’s since the Dunedin location opened their doors. Then 1.5 years ago we’ve moved and… What happened? It’s not the prices that are concerning however don’t feed us big, beautiful sandwiches at other locations then here clearly not. Like there’s a shortage. Then 2 days ago my son got lunch and I asked him to bring me home mozzarella sticks. What happened to the big, fat cheese sticks you previously served??? Now they are not much bigger than a Sharpie pen. What a shame! Not a good way to keep customers. No wonder your 5 stars is faded away!

    I just waited 50 minute for an order placed online. The fries sat on the counter for 30 minutes and they put them in the bag ice cold. We used to come here once a week or so but never again. Sorry, there are other choices and this is how businesses die. Horrible service.
