Cava’s food is fresh and yummy (and so well priced, especially for downtown Tampa!) but beyond that the service here is just the best. So friendly and fast, all the people here; it’s always clean, and the atmosphere/decor of this particular restaurant is great!

Even though it was late, I never felt rushed. He took the time to let me try different chicken options and helped me put together a great dinner after a long day. I really appreciate that level of service. I’ll definitely be back in the future simply because of how comfortable and well I was treated.

I didn’t get their names, but they were the two who were greeting everyone and helping with the end part of the line, including the cashier. They were both so friendly, patient, and welcoming. They offered great recommendations and kept such positive energy even though it was busy. Their service genuinely made our visit stand out, and we really appreciated them. I hope management recognizes the great work they’re doing — we’ll definitely be back!
