  My mal el supervisor del lugar nos trató muy mal por el hecho de pedir los artículos que llevaba nuestro delivery,este señor que habla español nos amenazo con llamarnos la policía amenazarnos incluso se dirige en forma despectiva hacia nosotros y dice cosas malas de nuestra madre pues para los hispanos es una ofensa de marca mayor hablar mal de tu madre ,este señor nos insulto,nos denigro y hasta amenazo con llamar a la policía incluso dijo que si le tomábamos foto nos iba a denunciar,que mal que en este lugar tengan personas como está que denigran y ponen en mala posición el prestigio y buen nombre de este lugar,una manzana podrida puede hechar a perder todo el lugar ojalá que tomen medidas con este señor para que esté hecho tan denigrante y lamentable no suceda más

  Normally we love Cava and the food is typically great. We recently placed an order for a kids meal $9.89 - Jan 16, 2026, 11:30am Pickup - Water Street and this is what we got. I should have complained, but no one has time to be complaining with the people fixing your food and for them to have to fix it right then while they are made you are complaining. As you can see, they either were low on the fiery broccoli and corn and just decided to give what they had instead of calling (which they had my number) to see what substitution we would have wanted. This is not appropriate, and just careless to toss this together and expect someone to be pleased. We paid extra for these spicy meatballs and only got two!!! I can only imagine scrap of chicken we would have gotten had we not paid extra to only get the 2 meatballs. Needless to say, I will no longer be bragging on them or returning to waste my money with them. I shall start back to going to Naked Farmer - while their prices are higher, they have never skipped on what they serve you! And at this point, the prices are about the same and you get more/better quality if this is what Cava is doing now.

  The team here was amazing, took great care of us, food is very quality and freshly made. Jamario was super friendly, and helped us decide on our bowl, the cook whipped up some good food and it was a good experience

  One of the absolute best CAVA locations I’ve ever been to. I came in right at closing time and instead of being met with rushed vibes or attitude, I was welcomed with the warmest energy and genuine hospitality. The service was outstanding, the team was upbeat and kind, and—contrary to what you may have seen online—the place was spotless. Even though I’m no longer in Tampa, I will 100% go out of my way to stop at this location whenever I’m back. Huge shoutout to Roberto and the entire team for being so generous, professional, and truly amazing. From the moment I walked in to the last bite, I enjoyed every single minute. This is how a great dining experience should feel. 🌟🥙
