I took the streetcar over on a rainy night after a long day of work to treat myself. Jamario lacked personality. Very DRY. Made it uncomfortable w/ his responses & reactions. I asked for extra olives & w/ such a stern face told me no more than 2 scoops per topping. Never have I been told that & I order frequently at the other locations. Gave jerk vibes. Not needed when choosing Cava to spend $ on a meal. Over 20000 in loyalty points!!! The brown rice was crunchy, too. Would’ve been no problem if the service was better. This wasn’t the first visit of 2026 to Cava I was expecting. Thumbs down.
