Is the first time I ever had a salad from Carrabba's and so I don't think it's the best mixture with the warm stuff on top of the cold lettuce, more my choice selection than anything. Service with the four on this particular visit because my server was unable to take care of me in a timely fashion and I had to reach out more than once to other people to help me. Not a big deal, took some waiting, and these days we can read and just chill and those of us dining out alone are kind of used to it.

I overheard his orders towards employees and sending seemingly complicated tasks to the hard already waiting and working staff. My husband and I are truly huge Carrabas fans, yet the last three times dining as we are both former restaurant managers and owners we have noticed the particular demeanor of this manager to be condescending toward staff and just disorderly. We wanted to let it slide however after several witness attempts we feel it’s our Good Samaritan duty to assure that our servers and staff have been flawless, accurate, loving and kind …. Hard working for their money. They deserve to receive all they have worked for as well. I pray that whatever issues this manager is going through he promptly works his way through as true leadership is to lead by example not by force. With that being said thank you for your time.
