  My husband and I went to this place to celebrate our anniversary. My husband ordered a Chicken Bryan and I chose Lasagna; unfortunately, my food was very bad, it had an unpleasant smell and very particular, but bad, sour taste. I didn’t want to upset the server , but my husband let her know about the problem. She made all the difference in our experience at the restaurant because the service she gave us was incredible. Ashe very kindly offered to change my food for a dish of my choice. She was cordial. I wish there were more servers like her who make customers feel special, comfortable, and that they can get solutions without worrying about. The Server’s name in Stephanie. My husband and I were satisfied with the service he gave us. She really deserves a raise and very good tips. Unfortunately, I can’t praise the food as much, I won’t be returning, but I wanted to take a minute to comment this young woman’s kindness. I’m giving it 4 stars just for her. Additionally she give us deserve for our anniversary. It’s awesome.

  I deserved a lunch treat, thought a minute, and remembered a Carrabba's steak sandwich I got a few months ago, one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever had. I googled the Carrollwood Carrabba's and saw that the Steak Marsala was still on the lunch menu. As I am a disabled senior on a budget, live alone, I generally "treat" myself via the drive-thru. I phoned and was greeted by Megan....I instantly felt as welcome as if I were being seated at a table. I had a couple questions, so she had the manager, Mike, come to the phone. Again, I felt like a valued customer, not one with silly questions. He transferred me back to Megan, and she took my order. I couldn't wait, drove right down, and pulled into the parking lot. Oops, I forgot my phone and couldn't check in. A couple minutes later she came out the door, greeted me by name with a big smile on her face. She said my order was almost ready, was waiting for the bread, and I gave her my money. A couple minutes later she came out with my order, thanked me profusely, and we said goodbye. I am home eating this again, INCREDIBLE sandwich....steak cooked perfectly, bread was as wonderful as the steak so a perfect match, extra bread, penne pomodoro side, and condiments. There is NO WAY I can eat all this....goody, I have leftovers....not all places are this generous!! As Arnold would say, "I'll me back!!" Thank you Mike and Megan!!

  Not family-friendly. We are frequent guests at this Carrabba's and were very disappointed during our visit while dining with our toddler. We were seated in a booth and using our compact, table-mounted portable high chair that did not block the aisle or interfere with foot traffic. Despite this, we were asked by management to relocate due to "safety concerns." While the managers and our server were polite and professional, being asked to move with a young child was disruptive and frustrating. What made this especially disappointing was the lack of clear or consistent guidance. We've used the same chair at other Carrabba's and Bloomin' Brands restaurants without issue, so this felt unexpected. Consistent standards across locations would make a big difference for families. Unfortunately, this experience left us unlikely to return.
