  We came in on Saturday when the restaurant was extremely busy, and I just have to give a shoutout to our waitress, Paige. Even with a full house, she stayed on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. She checked in with us regularly, kept our drinks filled, and never made us feel rushed or forgotten despite how hectic it clearly was.

  I came in here for lunch and received the worst service that I’ve ever had 32 years. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years and I was constantly asking for someone to come over and take my order. Give me a new drink and give me any type of service that was reputable to a three star service. I was treated like a homeless person on the street. Nobody came to fill my Drinks. Nobody came to ask me what I wanted to eat.. I was completely ignored as if I was Afterthought. Don’t come to this place unless you wanna feel like an afterthought I haven’t had my water refilled in 25 minutes. I feel like I’m in hell. The server is constantly look at their phones and are trying to hook up.

  The service at this location has noticeably deteriorated over the last year or so. We were sat promptly and then.....nothing....for 15 minutes. During that wait for a server another couple was sat in the booth directly behind us at least 12 minutes after we were sat. A server greeted them and asked for their drink order. At this point I got up and asked the host for a server, as no management was visible. Finally we were greeted and our order taken. They were out of Modelo beer which was advertised as a happy hour special at every table. Food was ok but was only warm when it arrived, not hot. When the bill came out was wrong and had to be corrected. So to recap: long wait for server, table that arrived after us served first, had to ask for a server, out of advertised beer special, food was not hot, bill was wrong. The staff seems unhappy and indifferent. We decided we won't be back.

  Had anniversary dinner with my wife. Staff was friendly and courteous. We were seated quickly and attended to by our server Jay. He was really great. He explained any specials, made recommendations and took our order. Jay was very friendly and courteous. He congratulated us on our anniversary. He was attentive to our needs and made our first visit fun. Food was good and beer was cold. We were very happy. We'll be back and hopefully be able to get seated to the area wherever Jay is working.! 👍😀

  Avoid this place, especially before events. We had 5:00 PM reservations before Monster Jam, but the experience was a disaster from the start. The host made a simple check-in feel incredibly complicated and unwelcoming. Once seated, we waited over 15 minutes just to be greeted by a server who clearly didn't want to be there. To make matters worse, we were told several items were out of stock, only to see those exact dishes served to nearby tables moments later. We asked for a manager twice; it took 20 minutes for him to finally show up, only to dismissively tell us he was "too busy getting food out" to come sooner. Completely unprofessional. Save your money and stay far away.
