Okay here we go another one after having horrible experience at the flam factory in armature works we decided to go to bonefish. Okay, that's what we went to start with appetizes. That boom boom shrimp 5 out of 10 at best i don't know what it was, but I don't know if it was the breading. Maybe it was too greasy to oily 4 to 5 out of 10 then it was the Imperial crab cheese dip. Another disaster, oily greasy, really, totally unappealing. I felt so nauseous, then the third appetizer. It was the garlic, I believe roasted clams. Maybe I just anticipated something like clam casino or clam Rockefeller, but this garlic butter parmesan concoction, already 3 appetizes, I managed to get one taken off my bill, and once I had the problem with the first 2I should have never went for the third, which was the boom boom shrimp. But I said, let me just give it a chance. Maybe it was a bad first two but that garlic clam item all I saw was just tons of garlic, like I was fighting off all the vampires in the movie sinners or from dusk to dawn. There was no flavor it wasn't an incredible fusion of garlic Olive oil, lemon parmesan mixture. It was just. Garlic, so that was a disaster, so they were already 0 for 3 the best part of my whole thing was my aqua. Pana water So now when it came time for the entree, I couldn't do it, I did not want to take a chance on the entree I would have to say again, the staff was amazing. The atmosphere was nice. The restaurant was clean. The waiter Ben offered to take It off my bill, so they removed the crab dip. And all I had left at that time was the clams or oysters? I can't remember, of course. It was just so unmemorable, but that's when ISO bad. I was like, Ah, it seems like you know. II hate to complain. So I said, you know, instead of You know, just add just exchange that order for the boom boom. Shrump, I should have never done it. So between the forty five dollars wasted at flan factory and the other $35 weighted in bonefish, it was a loss of $80 yesterday on 2 places and 2 horrible experiences. All I'm gonna say is Tampa Bay? You need to step up your culinary skills. We are falling way behind because I came from Boca Raton. And I went to 5 different places, and every one of them was remarkable from the pizza. Did I chicken cutlet sandwiches to dessert to breakfast? Again, to the point that I open app my phone and have no idea where I should go to eat out here. Everybody super sells the upcharge. The prices are becoming outrageous. And the meals are just becoming horrible and you look online and you see all these reviews and that it makes me begin to wonder who is reviewing all these items. My background is I lived forty plus years in new york city eating and hundreds upon hundreds of different restaurants from long island to the bronx manhattan queens, I was raised by a puerto rican grandmother, a Dominican grandmother and an Italian grandmother, and they all cooked and taught me how to cook all the men in my family. Cook as far as food experience. I'm like the girlfriend and my cousin Vinny, my parents, my grandparents. My cousins, my third cousins, my second cousins. What's all? Take it this information and do with it. What you want, but I'll give bone fish another chance. Just on, and I'm just going to try one of their entrees. I'm gonna skip the appetizers next time.

The staff was so nice this night starting from both the hostess at the front. Our server Kayla was one of the best servers I have had in a long time, she made sure my parents and I had a good experience. The food also came out so quick and tasted good too!

Extremely Disappointed if you want to amaze your taste buds this is not the place. Being that I recommended bonefish I had so hoped to be able to rave about our family early dinner experience on Friday, Day After Christmas. None of my guests had anything good to say about their meals. I was so disappointed frankly embarrassed that I chose to dine here. The sampler fish meal for 2 was disappointing. Salmon and ahi tuna overdone dried out, mahi mahi bland tasteless, and worst of all whoever decided to change the traditional creamy smooth white rue sauce with thin sliced scallop potatoes instead to what looks like slop they are now serving made a very bad call. Please don't menu those as scallop potatoes that's very misleading. The potatoes are thick chunky cubes, in a awful color orangey brown thick sauce, sticking together with heavy cheese, not tender at all, leaving a sour taste in your mouth that upset my stomach. Literally! My mother whom I shared the duo meal with left hungry and disappointed with a sad face. I later had to buy us a replacement meal at another restaurant. My niece had salmon diablo pasta. Pasta was not cooked tender, salmon lacked flavor, there wasn't enough sauce coating that mound of unappealing pasta which looked sloppy. The broccoli was browning on the crowns looked old, no wetness not even from steam, served dry no seasoning no butter. My adult niece who loves broccoli refused to touch it. The kitchen held everyone's meals back which were served cold after the kitchen manager neglected to inform the server that they were out of the brussel sprouts because they haven't been able to get them in. The proper thing to do would be to disable that side dish on the order ipad. We deserved so much better than this. We stayed and ate what we could tolerate so as to not cause anymore stress on a already unpleasant dining experience but honestly we didn't like the food here at all. I had been a bonefish fan for years but not anymore.

We have not been to a Bonefish in a very long time, and have never been to this location. I was over the top impressed with the service. Our waiter Axel was absolutely spot on. He made me feel like I was dining at a very high end steakhouse. He made it a great experience and I will definitely be frequenting this establishment now.

Visited this Bonefish with friends a few weeks ago. We asked to speak with the Manager "Michael Rivera" and he explained how he has changed the culture and experience at BoneFish and it shows from the front of the house to the back of the house. Great service, food, portions and atmosphere! We love the energy and changes to the brand! Thank you Michael for implementing a great dinning experience!
