The cashier on 3/27 at the Dunkin’ Donut side of the shop was a little rude. Teqla 922852 - needs to greet customers and smile because; it is not mandatory for people to shop there.

I'm soft spoken so it's possible that she didn't hear me so when I dropped off a coffee at my wife's job and I looked at my coffee it was with creamer when I said no cream three sugars. I was late to work and I did call customer service as she's needing retrained or a job where she doesn't deal with the public at all. I still came back with the receipt and said kindly I need this fixed, I need a coffee that is black midnight with three sugars and she said no sir you said three creams but whatever here's your coffee. She shouldn't be in customer service if she can't even handle a request from somebody who's coming humbly and saying maybe he was too soft spoken and you didn't hear him, and yet you still give the customer an attitude. Unacceptable.
