I order this drink often, and it usually has a rich, chocolatey appearance this one looked completely off. When I mentioned it politely at the drive-thru window, the employee who handed me the drink was very rude. She immediately dismissed my concern, saying, “That’s how we make it,” and refused to fix it. She then walked away while I was still speaking, which felt very disrespectful. I also asked for cold foam, and she completely ignored my request. It was frustrating because I was being calm and respectful the entire time. On a positive note, the person who took our order was kind and helpful but the experience at the window ruined it. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when we’re paying for a product that isn’t made correctly. With so many great local coffee shops around, this experience has definitely made me reconsider supporting Dunkin in that area.
