  This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever received at a Dunkin, and this is coming from someone who used to come to this location all the time. First of all, the lady working there was extremely disrespectful. I asked for a less shot of espresso on my iced caramel craze that I had ordered, and when I get to the drive thru window, I could visually see that my drink looks extremely dark. I then ask the lady kindly if she can make it lighter. She then proceeds to tell me that it is the caramel making it look that way, which no it is not because it looked like dirt water. I then ask her if she could at least add more creamer and then rudely she said “first of all it doesn’t come with creamer it comes with milk” I then tell her if she can add more milk. Then she says “how can I add milk if the drink is full”. I then tell her that at other locations they will just remake it but she didn’t want to. She then told me to taste it. Then she started bickering at me and said “is your day going good cause all that complaining you’re doing”. She started going back and forth with me after that. Avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.

  don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be the best dunkin. In the morning when you arrive sometimes the lights are off and they will not respond on their coms. When they do respond that girl there has a huge attitude and can’t even tell you how long your order will be and then just looks at you like deal with it. In this particular situation, she made me wait because they had a big order out front, which is understandable but could not tell me the time after five minutes. I went in for my order to be ready.. Not any different experience from all the other comments below the Frachisee should really take the ranges of his / her business. save yourself the trouble go down the street less than half a mile and you’ll find lovely staff done at Cypress in Dale Mabry.

  On the weekends customer service is bad I could not get my food because The employee canceled my order because they didn’t understand how to rang up The six dollar meal deal the drink and a wake up wrap and six hashbrowns I only added oak milk and cold foam and I wanted to order another wake up wrap. The wrap with chipotle sauce But I did not know it was a but I did not know was he still in season? and when I try to help her out because I used to work at a Dunkin she disrespected me. When I came to the window, trying to explain it, she was still rude to me, told me in my face that she would cancel my order and I can go somewhere else bye-bye and saying a whole bunch of other stuff disrespecting me and then slams the windows in my face It made me so upset.She have very long hair. She had two braids going back and she had tattoos. Smh I just came from the hospital to
