Just left there after a wrinkly old miserable woman working the drive thru that SPOKE ABSOLUTELY NO ENGLISH kept screaming at me in Spanish. As I said countless times I don’t speak Spanish and all I got is more yelling and eye rolling. I asked multiple times for a manager or anybody who spoke even a little bit of English. I shouldn’t have to download a translator app to talk to the main customer service representative at your window handling all customers. No manager ever came and they used their bare hands to grab my donuts to put in the box. Not that I would eat them after that, but they were the wrong donuts too. Insane that in the United States of America you can’t even get one person speaking English to talk to the customers. I want my money back for the my order since it’s all in the trash now, I’m not eating food you blatantly broke health codes with right in front of my eyes. Dunkin’ should be absolutely ashamed of this location.
