I called within 2 minutes of my purchase and drove back through the drive-thru who our refund and was told there's no manager in the building so no refunds could be issued but I could get a free drink. What is this behavior?... You literally robbed me for my money knowing that you sold me something I couldn't eat. I was told the donuts are all made in the morning... So there's nothing fresh created throughout the day... So they must not be storing them properly because there's no way those donuts were made from the same day. More like four day old donuts that weren't wrapped her covered. Literally rock hard. So disappointing... You owe me money back and I want it please. I waited 20 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me for donuts Me and my children couldn't eat. Try to explain that to an autistic child. It was just all around a terrible experience that ended in a bad meltdown and no sleep for Mom

The employees are either burnt out or simply not trained in how to make drinks on the menu. There was another manager from a different store doing the inventory at this location and couldn't believe how bad it was either. She ended up trying to show them how to correct the issues that came up just when I was there but unfortunately they really had no interest or care to receive the information. Corporate needs to take this location over and start from the ground up. The dining room was filthy
