  I used to love this Dunkin until today. I’ve been coming here for years but as of lately this new staff is rude and provides more attitude instead of being helpful. My wife and I are lactose intolerant. I want to make sure we enjoy the lovely drinks, especially new ones without our stomach being upset. The old staff took their time to explain what had dairy and to make sure that our dietary restrictions were met. The new day staff make it seem like I’m an inconvenience to their day, for example after asking for no cheese, and having them notate it on the screen with attitude bc we’re lactose intolerant, the sandwich is served with cheese. A few times in a separate occasion I had to go inside to have them remake a sandwich because it had cheese, and I watched them put cheese in it again. So to help them out I’ll be going elsewhere. I miss the old staff with the happy and bubbly attitude. This place is too close to home so that why I used come here a lot, but now I will be going somewhere else until some changes are made.

  There was another charge added after we left. Donuts were fresh.
