- VCVenus Chanel4 days ago1.0Every time I come here it’s a problem and the price is different and they don’t listen. I could go on and on, but today is my last time coming. I’d rather go back to Starbucks. The customer service is awful. Where are you going in the morning or in the afternoon? It’s just not a vibe. I would want to start my day off with and every time I order extra caramel drizzle the smallest thing I never get it and then they’ll lie and be like oh it’s mixed in the coffee. You just can’t see it but if I said, extra caramel drizzle, it should be on the cup or I should at least see it on the whipped cream on top.

So fluffy, they fell apart in the bag and were pieces of donut(see pic) when I took them out. They are good in a pinch but Dunkin Donuts has never been the best donut place. It hits the spot if you have a craving and it's nearby to you, plus it has a lot of other things like a Swiss Army Knife of donut shops. 🥪, ☕️, etc. FYI - my order was $30+ because I bought a 32oz DD tumbler with a ☕️ for my brother who is in the hospital nearby. Not because DD is that expensive. LOL
