  Ordered pizza on the website, 9pm. Says it will be ready at 9:23. Cool. Head over there and proceed to wait nearly an hour for the pizza to be ready. Told dude that it was unacceptable and asked if he could at least throw me a 2 liter or a discount, clown show said "No". Used to go here with no problem. What's up Domino's? Your pizza is NOT that good.

  Stopped in on my way home to order a couple pizzas for lunch. The girl who took my order put my order in and told me it would be $38. My family and I order this same exact order about once a week from the location on 54 in Lutz and it always is like $19 and some change. When I asked her about the price she said that's with the "deal". So why wouldn't you put it in that way at first? Then she tells me about 10-20 minutes...I go out to my vehicle, come back in 20 minutes later and my order hasn't even been started yet. Definitely won't ever come back to this location!

  We ordered extra cheese pizza but they didn’t put regular amount of cheese amount of cheese also and on some slices there is no cheese taste was so bad they didn’t even bake properly the crust taste like dough we are so disappointed

  Amanda Samuels, February 2026.- I am a repeated customer at this Domino’s Pizza location. I became sick with flu like symptoms and ended up getting Covid as well after going here. My 2 children was also sick as well. Both ended up in the hospital for about 3 days. Despite this, management continues to allow employees and managers who appear ill to work without no type of protection. I have personally observed managers handling food without washing their hands, coughing all over the store without covering their mouth and not following proper hygiene or food safety practices. Sick employees are still being allowed to prepare and hand out food to customers. 2 employees who works in the front told me the whole management became sick with the Influenza Disease and no one was washing their hands or cleaning things properly. These conditions create a serious health risk to both employees and the public. Management has not corrected these issues coming from employees. I have put in an Health Complaint to the department and I am concerned customers or staff could become sick due to improper sanitation and illness control.
