  Best birria I’ve had! Everything was super flavorful and so delicious. I got the grilled cheese beef birria and the beef birria quesadilla and both were really good. Meat was tender, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Definitely recommend and I’ll for sure be coming back!

  The BEST birria tacos you will ever have! I have been very picky about birria tacos because some places just don’t get it right, but these guys have it down to a science! We got the sourdough birria sandwich and the classic birria tacos, both were phenomenal! I also highly suggest pairing with the cilantro lime dip, it will not disappoint!

  So I seen the food critic in Tampa about this food truck and I said I’ll go see what’s up. I ordered 3 beef sourdough Birrias and the noodles. I wasn’t expecting them to be so tasty. You will see these dimples again signing off Harper.

  Run, don’t walk, to Dipped Birria!!!! This food truck is super consistent with flavor and is 10/10 every time I’ve gotten food. Never ever let down and worth the money you spend which is a huge deal in this economy! Too many food places can’t live up to what you spend and that’s not a problem here! The owner is always so nice and is a good man! Will happily continue to be a patron here!

  My experience with Dipped Beria Taco Truck was nothing short of spectacular truly a 12/10! The kindness and warmth of the team made me feel so welcomed. They were incredibly fast without ever compromising on friendliness or care. Even with the rain pouring down, they thoughtfully brought my food right to my car, going above and beyond in every way. The delicious food combined with such exceptional service made this one of the best taco experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!
