  Had an awesome experience here. The staff was on point from start to finish super attentive, friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Food came out hot and fresh, drinks were great, and the whole place had a really fun energy. You can tell this location is being run well. Definitely one of the better Dave & Buster’s I’ve been to. Will be back for sure.

  Went there recently, and I had a lot of fun there!👍🏽..love the games , and service was great, people working there are very helpful in certain games yo play and the food at the bar was delicious! Bartender was very attentive and great attitude,, will be back there again!👌🏼👍🏽

  Percy made this experience very smooth. Had a few issues throughout the time with the games, got help from technicians quickly. Had issue with tickets not being on cards at the end of the night, Percy took care of it quickly.

  I had to take a moment to leave an outstanding review after the incredible customer service we received tonight. My family and I ran into multiple issues throughout our visit, especially with several games not working properly. To make matters more frustrating, by the end of the night none of the points we earned were showing up on our cards. Thankfully, Percy stepped in and completely turned our experience around. From the moment he got involved, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on making things right. He listened carefully to everything we explained, handled the situation quickly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and smooth. Not only did Percy fix the issue with our points, but he went above and beyond to ensure we left happy. His attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in customer service, and it made a lasting impression on our entire family. Because of Percy, what started as a frustrating visit ended on such a positive note. We genuinely appreciate the time and effort he put into helping us, and he absolutely deserves recognition for providing top-tier customer service. Thank you again, Percy—you made all the difference!

  We hosted our team-building event at Dave & Busters on 3/12, and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated. We were admittedly a pretty needy group, and the staff handled everything with patience and genuine care. One of our team members brought her child who has significant food allergies. The manager on duty personally helped guide us through safe food options and made sure the kiddo felt comfortable and included. She was SO happy—and so were we! We also had a special guest of honor who unfortunately couldn't attend due to a recent and very serious medical diagnosis, as her immune system is currently compromised. Without hesitation, both the server and manager prepared a thoughtful care package and boxed up food so that I could deliver it to her afterward. When we dropped it off, she was overwhelmed with emotion. It truly meant the world to her to be remembered and appreciated even though she couldn’t attend in person. Dave & Busters didn’t just host an event for us—they created an experience full of kindness, flexibility, and meaningful moments. Their hospitality made every single one of us feel valued. We’ll absolutely be booking another event here, and I’ll be recommending this location to our organization for future team functions. Thank you to the entire staff for making our day unforgettable!
