  The employee treatment was poor, and I was very concerned about the lack of hygiene. When something spilled onto the table, instead of discarding it, they picked it up with their bare hands and added it directly to the food. They were not wearing gloves at the time and were also touching other surfaces in the area without washing their hands. This is unacceptable and raises serious health and safety concerns.

  They did that thing again where they have a pay then tell your food won't be ready for a while and make you wait for 20 minutes for them to make your food in a parking spot. It was not even a busy time of day. Next time please ask us first and tell if it's going to be a lot wait so we can decide if we still want it or have time to wait.

  I normally love Dairy Queen. This particular location in Tampa was awful. When I walked in it smelled and I noticed the bathroom doors were right there (it really smelled, even though the doors were closed). We got our order and mine was different than my husband's even though we ordered the same thing. It tasted okay so I ate it but I was just very disappointed. Our Leesburg Florida store never has any problem like this. I will not return to the store

  I regularly order from Dairy Queen through Uber Eats, and unfortunately this location consistently falls short. The Blizzards are rarely fully blended, which really takes away from the experience you expect from Dairy Queen. What’s more disappointing is the response from management. When I reached out about the issue, I was met with a rude and argumentative attitude instead of any effort to resolve the concern or improve service. If you’re ordering from here, just be aware that quality and customer service may not meet expectations.

  I had a very bad experience at this Dairy Queen location. I ordered a banana split, but they gave me something completely different. When I checked it, there was no banana at all in the dessert. When I asked the staff about it, they still insisted that it was a banana split, even though it clearly wasn’t. On top of that, the staff were very rude to my wife. Instead of trying to fix the mistake or helping us politely, they spoke to her disrespectfully and even closed the drive-thru window right in her face while she was talking. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. If customers are paying for something, they should at least receive the correct item and be treated with basic respect. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff better. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location.
