  This is truly one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to lol. Majority of the staff has no idea what they’re doing, zero sense of urgency, very little communication. You could wait 10-15 minutes from the time you walk in the door until you’re at the POS, and that’s with only like 2-3 people in line. Honestly kind of a black eye on water street. Go to Cava or Naked Farmer instead.

  We waited over 40 minutes for an online order. They only make online orders in the back so we had over 10 people waiting for pick up orders with one person in the walk up line. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t start making some of the online orders in the front when there’s not a line of customers.

  I had a very disappointing experience with my Chipotle pick-up order. The customer service was poor, with staff displaying a bad attitude and a complete lack of friendliness. The pick-up process was disorganized, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. I noticed that other customers were also complaining about the chaos with pick-up orders. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

  I’ve been eating Chipotle at least 2 times a week for the past 10 years all around the US and I can honestly say this is one of the (if not the) best locations across the country. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, every employee I encountered had a smile. The restaurant was very clean and had a great flow. The lower reviews I’ve read seem to be coming from Uber Eats couriers which is understandable… this location is in a prime spot with more demand than any business can handle. This is a brand new location and knowing Chipotle, it will be a quick fix. For context, I ate here 3 times within 4 days all at different times, and each time I had a phenomenal experience. Thank you Chipotle for moving into this space and upgrading the district, and most importantly thank you to the friendly staff who are making this Chipotle the best!

  I love when they hold the pickup orders hostage behind the counter instead of the pickup shelf and 5 employees ignore you instead of asking if you have a pickup order. I finally got my order after waiting 20 minutes. They made it in front of me on the spot even tho it said it was already ready on the app. I didn’t even get a complicated order, just sides of chicken and sauce. I didn’t even get a bowl or burrito and I waited 20 minutes AFTER the pickup time. People who came in after me were even helped before me. I was completely ignored for the first 5 minutes then got asked what my name was and no one helped me or gave me my order until 15 min after that. Chipotle support in the app won’t do anything either. Fortunately I didn’t have anywhere important to be but imagine how frustrating this would be if you actually had to be somewhere and you’re waiting 20 extra min for a simple order. Complete disregard for people’s time.
