- KWKyle WaddleMar 23, 20261.0I wonder if this management u Festa’s how much business they are losing by being short staffed / slow during peak times. It’s 12:20 on a weekday. Line is out the door and 2 people are in charge of the whole restaurant plus the takeouts. That’s prepping the food, ringing up, handing out app orders etc. People are continuously walking by, seeing the line, and just walking right back out. The line is long - not the issue - it’s also not moving. Three people got in line and left five mins later after they hadn’t moved. I’m at 15 mins so far and less than half the line in front of me has moved. Why is this location always so slow???

Corner of a plastic bag in my bowl. Asked for a manager to provide feedback as a courtesy- he cared 0%. Chipotle lost a long time customer due to this experience.

The store was extremely dirty, with tables not being cleaned, and the food area was very disorganized, with food everywhere. Chipotle is my favorite place to eat during my workdays, but this location really needs attention from a manager. This is the second time this month that I come to the soda machine and it doesn’t have any soda
