  Ms. fransetchi? I couldn’t understand how to spell it. But her, the manager, runs a tight ship. I come to this chipolte weekly and I’ve never seen her sit down. She always has people hustling, fulfilling uber orders, someone cleaning the main area, chef is always ready with more food and it always taste fresh, and shes always on the line herself serving people. The chipotle in downtown needs her help big time. I waited a hour in store for a Uber Eats order there. She knows how to run this store. Even if there’s a line out the door you’re usually out in 10 minutes at most.

  I eat at Chipotle 1 to 2 times per week, $1500 a year. I picked up my TO GO order today. There was no fork in the bag. When I asked the representative for a fork he said, "we don't have any forks." I hate asking the obvious: What type of management lets a restaurant run out of forks? Also, not the first time. Arrived home to get fork. Guacamole is missing from the order.

  Ive been coming to this location for over 2 years. The past 2 times I came here, the line was barely moving during non peak hours. On top of that, I watched the person infront of me and behind me in line get significantly bigger portion sizes than what I got for my meal on my most recent visit. My burrito was a soggy mess and fell apart when i opened it too. Not sure when the service went down hill this badly, but Im never coming back here

  I came here to say I just got food here tonight and you are completely understaffed and I feel terrible for the workers. The girl who scooped my food was so nice even when people were being so rude to her and she was running out of ingredients. She was the only one who was running the counter. The line was almost out the door. I wish I got her name but she did amazing and deserves a raise.

  Worst chipotle in the bay area. Every single time, something is either out or broken. How does a Chipotle run out of chicken? Also, tonight they had one single employee making all the food AND working the register. He did the best he could but it shouldn’t take 25 minutes to order fast food. Go to a different location or the Qdoba across the street.
