  I get an email for a BOGO entree and I went in and placed an order and noone there could tell me how to redeem the email BOGO. The place looked trashy, the individual bins with the different food options had all sorts of other debris from other bins in them, etc. I could go on but I think I'm limited in the characters I can type. Everyone we interacted with was completely incompetent!!

  They would not honor our BOGO offer that we received an email and did not have a manager that we were allowed to talk to. Told us they had no idea how to make it work. The guy at the register and the girl serving said they had no idea how to use the app. And refused to give us the deal that we showed them in our email. It was horrible up there before and we quit going but we decided to give it another chance and that will probably be the very last time we ever go back to this location. If I could give it a negative star I would.

  this location used to be my favorite i work down the street and they have become the WORST location ever, i order on the app through door dash since i work down the street, and they always forget the sauce, and utensils. So ridiculous and over it, they have terrible customer service. They forget my sauce today, paid $2 extra for it, and ofc there is no way to refund because it was paid with a gift card. ridiculous

  I used to order all of the time from the location on Linebaugh in Westchase, Tampa. Over the last two years, their meat portions in their bowls have gotten skimpier and skimpier . The last several times I’ve ordered I could barely find any meat at all. My Barbacoa bowl literally had less than a tablespoon of Barbacoa and my son’s chicken bowl had about three tiny pieces equal to one mouthful. I think they are trying to get you to spend the extra seven dollars for a “double portion“ which is actually just a normal portion. And it’s even worse when you order through Uber eats. It’s just awful that they treat loyal customers this way. Obviously I will no longer be a loyal customer and I hope many others read this as well. Buyer beware! This place will rip you off, especially if it’s delivered.

  No customer service. Chick at the register never said a word until I asked if my reward scanned she said yes… No. It didn’t. Find people that want to work please.
