What is the point of being open if you guys throw away all the rice at 9:40? With 20 minutes still open in the restaurant? Very rude. I waisted my gas to drive here and the place would still be open by the time I grabbed my food and left yet they are too busy trying to close early. Very rude and poor customer service…

I’ve been a Chipotle rewards customer for many years and order frequently through the app. Today I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location.
When I arrived at this store thinking my order was there, the manager told me there was nothing they could do and that my only option was to call customer service. What surprised me the most was the complete lack of empathy. There was no attempt to help, no effort to look for a solution, just “call customer service.”
What should have been a simple fix turned into a 40-minute process involving a phone call, multiple payment failures in the app, and reordering the meal while standing there hungry waiting for dinner for my wife.
Mistakes happen with apps, that’s understandable. But when a loyal customer shows up and the response from the store is essentially “nothing we can do,” it leaves a very disappointing impression.
Chipotle really needs a better process for situations like this, and managers should show at least some empathy when a customer is clearly trying to resolve an honest mistake.
I’ve also noticed that this location tends to serve noticeably smaller portions of meat compared to other Chipotle locations.

This is the only Chipotle I've ever been to that consistently has something wrong every single visit. After avoiding the place for a year, we tried again --- literally 0 salt in the black beans but 5x the spiciness you would expect, completely undercooked and chalky rice, guac is super brown, ... And that's just today...
