- IIIvana3 days ago2.0This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. The drive through is always ridiculously SLOW. The entire set up of the drive through makes no sense. It’s always disorganized, barely ever any workers outside the building helping to move the line along quickly. I’ve never experienced a chick fil a as bad as this one.

We all love the long line at the drive thru, what was cool is they got my name for my mobile order right away, and after a long drive they wait, I am told I have to park watching people behind me get their orders before me, I got in line @ 12:23PM, placed my order at 12:07 and here we are @ 12:36 finally getting our order, poor service

My frosted coffee was quite nasty, dare I say disgusting. Not even worth it. I asked for a remake and turned out the exact same. Yay😁!! How awesome!! I asked for EXTRA HONEY BUTTER on two out of the three packs of my chicken minis. Somehow, not a single one received extra honey butter. Laughable, truly. I wish I could give the note of saying the CFA was busy at that moment when I walked in, but it wasn’t. There was only two tables full, and maybe 4 cars in the drive thru. I ordered three meals, is that really that hard? This chick fil a is seriously idiotic. Glad to say I don’t live here and frequent here.
