- BSBlake SteberMar 28, 20262.0Consistently the slowest chik fil a I've been to. Whether they are busy or not, it's never a quick smooth experience in the drive thru. Yesterday at 8am the drive thru took over 20 minutes. Today there's almost no line at all, and it's still taking almost 10 minutes.

The guy I asked to check on it said oh well chic filet is a busy place and didn’t check on it. Finally a woman checked and gave me a bag. I left because I was so hungry. They didn’t give me my fries and gar me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. I didn’t bother going back. I’m so pissed at this awful experience and hungry.

She greeted me with the most lovely smile and apologized for the wait, I was only in line not even 2 mins lol, but that made it even more special. In that few minutes interaction I felt she is a truly beautiful person inside and out. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because it’s rare to get that customer service now.

Then said I would need to come back in in person to get a partial refund. Huge waste of time 40 plus minutes waiting at a chick fil a. never had service so useless at a chick fil a so I suppose good for you outdoing yourselves in that way. Wouldn't go back to this location!!
