- JJJulia2 days ago1.0I love Chick-fil-A and so does my family and I have never issued a complaint with anything dealing with Chick-fil-A because the service and the food has always been grea, but I am a DoorDasher and a new Door-Dasher at that. When I went to do a pick up at this location on yesterday, the service was horrible. There was a confusion between the app and the restaurant. The app says to go through the drive-through for pick up but actually You have to go inside to pick up the order. I didn’t know this. So, when I went inside to speak with a manager to explain this little confusion, . She was very rude and told me to just take it up with DoorDash and there’s nothing she could do. She basically rushed me out the door and did not wanna listen. Just could care less and went on about her day….she was an African-American female who wore too much makeup and I just was very disappointed with the service, especially from a Chick-fil-A member. I do not recommend this store at all and this occurred at 6:50 AM in the morning.

Stopped in for breakfast and did a bit of work while at the table.. had what I believe to be the manager come up and ask how things were and refilled my drink. Also had a few workers going around making sure things were cleaned up.. you can definitely tell they take pride in their job and environment!
- AAAAMar 11, 20261.0This Chick-fil-A is usually pretty good tonight I got the new sandwich with jalepeno ranch. I received my sandwich no ranch, really burnt bacon and overall wasn’t enjoyable I picked off the bacon. That’s not the biggest issue here, the lady handed me my bag but wouldn’t let go ??? I was really confused on why she wasn’t letting go and turns out she was ripping my receipt off the bag. I usually always have the receipt on my bag incase anything is missing etc. I don’t know if this is normal but it was a big turn off. It made me feel uncomfortable and overall weird, I wish I would’ve eaten at home :(
