- TMTiwa Mejia3 days ago1.0I am formally documenting an incident that occurred during my visit to this Chick-fil-A location. I requested a Cobb salad without bacon due to my sincerely held religious beliefs. Manager “Jordan” refused to accommodate this request, stating that because it was after 8 PM and the salads were pre-made, no modifications could be made. This refusal raises serious concerns regarding religious accommodation and customer rights. Dietary restrictions based on religion are not preferences, they are protected beliefs that businesses are expected to reasonably accommodate when possible. Removing bacon from a salad is a minimal and reasonable request. The handling of this situation demonstrated a lack of sensitivity, respect, and awareness. Being denied such a basic accommodation made me feel disregarded and discriminated against on the basis of my religion. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously. I also encourage this location to implement better training and policies to ensure that no other customer is placed in a similar position
