- NCNeil Collom2 days ago3.0Had 15 minutes to get to work when I pulled in here, now I’m five minutes late. I’m stuck in the drive-through. Slowest Chick-fil-A ever. Their system doesn’t work. Once you’re in the drive-through, you’re stuck and can’t abandon.

Our cashier, Doug, was an absolute star. Realising we were tourists, he instantaneously gave recommendations and was overall just amazing. Furthermore, when an elder gentleman came in the whole staff team knew exactly who he was, knew his exact order and even helped take it to his car for him. Overall, an amazing place to get your lunch or dinner from. Thank you Doug for an amazing first experience :))

I don’t understand why when it was not busy and saw like 10 staff members inside. There was no reason to have forgotten any item
