  Yoan was simply amazing from the moment we walked in to when we left. He was very humble, great customer service. He was the only one working there when my husband and I stopped in. He took our order and cooked our food! He brought our order to our table and was very pleasant. We saw him working hard completing 4 more orders while we were there. Someone needs to give him a raise!

  Charlies Cheesesteak location in Citrus Park Mall is great! Food is made hot and fresh, not salty and great service, liked the experience until we visited the one in Egypt Lake on N Dale Mabry Hwy( nxt to the Pawn Shop). That location , food was salty ( 4 seperate visits) and NEVER any tomatoes here for some odd reason?!! Polite staff but always out of certain toppings. Strange...

  Excelente experiencia 👏. La comida estaba deliciosa, fresca y bien preparada. El servicio fue rápido y muy amable. Quiero destacar a Joan, quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalismo, hizo que la visita fuera aún mejor. El ambiente muy agradable para disfrutar en familia. Sin duda volvería otra vez. ¡Totalmente recomendado!”

  STAY AWAY! Always under staffed, they have a Cuban guy in there all alone cooking, taking orders, and doing the online orders. Dude is trying his best but he can barely speak English and is struggling by himself. This is ridiculous, it's a minimum a 3 man operation.

  I see i am not the first one to complain about this but I am putting my review as well. This is the second time i order from this restaurant on uber eats and my ordered is not fulfilled, drivers go there just to tell me the restaurant is closed and i end up having to find somewhere else to order food from. If they are not planning to fulfill orders, why are they accepting them? it is completely disrespectful towards us the customers and just completely unprofessional. Charleys used to be one of my favorites to go restaurants but after this past experiences, i will not oder from them anymore. Im pretty sure they will not do anything about it since multiple reviews about the same situation have been left already and nothing has been done to fix the issue. They dont even deserve the 1 star.
