  Cava is a wonderful place to get a hearty meal! Every time I get anything from here, I am stuffed! The service is great and my favorite manager is definitely Margarita! She really goes above and beyond to make my experience the best! She has a wonderful smile and a great eye for pleasing her special guests!

  The food is amazing, but the staff is literally the worst. I have gone there twice and there will never be a third time I love cava, but this location and the staff is literally terrible. First time I went in there why is there one girl working and the line just keeps getting longer and longer and then the manager takes over and then just rushes everybody’s order And he’s just like casually throwing food everywhere. Second time I went, the guy didn’t even give me the pita because he was going so fast and when he tried to tell them like, hey, can you put a little extra? They literally put like a little sprinkle, and they look at you were dead in the eyes. The little girls in there are just laughing while casually throwing the whole sauce container in my bowl and then picking it up and laughing and looking at me ..????? It’s just very annoying cause like the food is like $15 so like I do expect someone to make it right and then like every time if they’ve just been in such a rush and clearly every time they’ve gotten something wrong. It’s not like the line is out the door so I’m not understanding why there’s such a huge rush to get the bowl across.

  The most disrespectful woman on a Monday March 30 a dark skin woman that is a manager by the way was super rude. I asked for a little bit more right she said no you can’t get no more rice like if she owns the place very disrespectful rude manners has no manners and I will never go to a store ever again just because of her she disgusted me don’t even want to eat the food from there.

  I came today at 8:30 an hour and a half before they close and they were out of so many food items. I asked for a bowl and there was no Tzatziki sauce at all- which for a mediterranean place you would expect they are always stocked of their most popular sauce. Regardless I continue my bowl without the Tzatziki then they tell me they are completely out of steak too- at this point I just left without buying anything. They should up their stock and make sure all food items are constantly available to customers, as this is a chain restaurant and have many people who come in to order the specific bowl they enjoy.

  Now I usually don’t write reviews, but this locations team members clearly can’t read. I ordered a bowl with lots of veggies and paid 25 dollars to have it delivered and made fresh. I received slop that wasn’t even remotely close to what I ordered. I’m disappointed because I spent so much money on this for it to be utter garbage. I even tried to call the store and support and no one picked up. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I recommend watching them make your order infront of you.
